Many of you will recognize Cameron as Kim’s assistant for the past year or so. Now fully licensed, Cameron can offer his clients all the years of expertise he has absorbed from assisting on numerous transactions, as well as from growing up in a Real Estate and construction household. Cam’s background and experience includes new construction of residential property, land use and development, as well as residential and commercial sales of real estate.

I am a lifelong resident of East Bridgewater where I attended EBHS and majored in "Shop"...not because I liked working with my hands, but because I liked the glasses.

I have been a Real Estate agent since 1985. I am licensed by the commonwealth of Ma. to teach the Real Estate Licensure class, as well as a construction supervisor. My background in residential construction has been very helpful to my clients over the years.

Kim and I have 2 children Natalie and Cameron. Natalie went off to college in the big city (to study shopping, philosophy, and softball) and is now a Liscensed RE Agent. Cameron (Jr.) (aka Crazy Winsor) Just got his RE Liscense! He now thinks he is one of the kids on the "Million Dollar Listing" TV show!

I used to count riding ATVs and motorcycles among my hobbies, but age has caught up with me. Now my hobbies are limited to extreme cholesterol lowering, fiber input, and just getting up in the morning!

Often, I can be seen jetting around town in the passenger side (with my cataract glasses on) with Kim at the wheel. I used to count classic muscle cars among my hobbies, but years of the frustration from corrosion, in adequate electrical systems, and the lack of creature comforts has led me to modern classic sports cars.

In my free time I can be found banging (or throwing crap) around the garage while swearing (I can multi-task). I count watching TV, over-eating, sleeping, walking, and just sitting there zoning out while staring into space among my hobbies*. I am into the classics: Office Space, Grandmas Boy, Harold and Kumar, etc. I think everyone should have culture in their lives.

 I do the ads and maintain the site, so if something goes awry, I take the heat. (unless I can "pass the buck" to some unwitting scapegoat)

Although best known for her athletic accomplishments and her literary authorships, (The Key in the Spine) Natalie has been associated with Real Estate sales for most of her life. Growing up in a family whose dinner table conversations used terminology such as “eminent domain, adverse possession, easements, and purchase and sales” and whose family rides were to showings and “drive-by” valuations, she has known the difference between a gambrel, a cape, a colonial, a garrison, a front-to-back split, and raised ranch since pre-school.  Working as a receptionist at our office has allowed Natalie the opportunity to experience the inner workings of countless transactions thru the years. Having graduated Simmons College with a degree in philosophy, Natalie’s ability to help her clients ponder all of the factors related to the value of their proposed property, how it will suit their needs, and its investment potential, are priceless qualities offered to her customers. 

A frequent sight at Sugarland Concerts, Natalie is an avid athlete who garnered several accolades (as well as a national ranking) throughout her collegiate career in field hockey, lacrosse, and softball. Other than sports, her interests include: the beach, painting and drawing, treasure hunting, travel, music, and spending time with her friends.

Not only does Natalie have an in depth knowledge of the Plymouth County area, but is also a Boston area specialist. The opportunity to have lived in “The Fens” while attending Simmons and Beacon Hill while at Suffolk, give her a unique insight as to pros and cons, commutes and differences in lifestyles from Brookline and Chestnut Hill to the North End and “Southie”. As observant as “Monk”, Natalie is a tenacious warrior that you want on your side in a transaction. She will get you the best deal, or die trying! So whether you want the most for your home, or the most home for your money, Natalie is the one to call!

When she can find time away from her job, Kim enjoys watching (as well as playing)* sports  such as:baseball, softball, fieldhockey, lounging in the sun, shelling at Sanibel, and driving racing cars.

"Leadfoot" refuses to drive anything with under 425HP, or more than a 5 second 0-60! Kim loves being late for appointments, as it gives her an excuse to "Rallye" across town!

Kims other hobbies (therapies) include MaryLou's Coffee (3 a day), riding her motorcycle* or bicycle, mowing and weeding*, lifting weights and walking. She is taking classes to master the sewing machine, and there haven't been any injuries yet!

Stacey, Husband Chris, and sons Mason and Brody reside in Raynham. They have 3 dogs and like to travel. Stacey enjoys the finer things in life, such as Brody, Mason and Chris (who is a sports nut). Stacey comes from the "In-town" corporate world, so she is fastidious, punctual, thorough, and tenacious. Stacey has all the atributes you want from your broker in a transaction, and she won't rest till the job is done! 

Steve was born & raised in East Bridgewater, attended East Bridgewater schools & Cardinal Spellman High School. Following graduation he attended Stonehill College in preparation of a career in business. Steve prides himself in his ability to listen to his customers needs and determine the exact type of property which will suit them to a tee, or who their target market might be. Steve takes prompt & appropriate action in order to get the job done right. He is a perfectionist who really can't sleep until the customer is happy and "all their ducks are in a row". Steve has a good knowledge of East Bridgewater & surrounding areas, having grown up here and spent many hours "on the road". In his spare time he rides his quad, attends Patriots and Red Sox games and appreciates fine dining (Taco Bell), fine automobiles (The Bimmer), and fine women (no names please). 

A celebrity, (he has been on chronicle) Steve can also be found  out on the links, or sacrificing bait in Hingham harbor (it is only called "fishing" if you catch something). If you venture by our office late at night, Steve can often be found there "burning the midnight oil" attending to his clients needs and preparing for the next day.

Sue Chaffee

Some of you Old School East Bridgewaterites might recognize Sue from the class of 82. Sue went by the surname of Costello back in the day. She has accomplished a lot since graduation, paramount of which was raising a family of three with husband Scott. A few years ago, Sue left her cubicle in the corporate world and the 9 to 5 grind behind for the independence and interaction of the appraisal world.  Three years ago, she made the transition into Real Estate and has earned the accreditation of a certified buyers representative!.   

Sues hobbies include the beach, family vacations, the beach, fitness, the beach, travel, fundraising for charities, and bicycling!
